Most alkaline water is made by adding minerals to raise pH. Kangen water is different. Our store runs a medical-grade Enagic electrolysis machine that ionizes purified water, producing electrolyzed reduced water (ERW) rich in dissolved molecular hydrogen (H₂) with a negative ORP. The science is fundamentally different from mineral-enhanced water. Freshness matters: drink it the same day for maximum benefit.
